Cranberry Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tube (8 oz) crescent dough.
02 - 1 wheel (8 oz) brie.
03 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce.
04 - 1/4 cup pecans, chopped.
05 - 6 sprigs rosemary, cut in 1-inch pieces.
06 - Cooking spray.
07 - Flour for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Spray mini muffin tin. Flour work surface.
02 - Roll out crescent dough. Pinch seams together. Cut into 24 squares. Press into muffin cups.
03 - Cut brie into small pieces. Add to dough cups. Top with cranberry sauce. Add pecans. Top with rosemary.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Best served warm.
02 - Makes 24 bites.
03 - Can prep ingredients ahead but bake just before serving.
04 - Whole berry sauce works better than jellied.
