Cranberry Brie Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed.
02 - 8 ounce wheel of brie cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
04 - 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce.
05 - 1 large egg yolk.
06 - 1 tablespoon water.

# Instructions:

01 - Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Place brie in center of pastry. Top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
03 - Cut leaf shapes from corners if desired. Fold pastry corners up and pinch seams, add leaf cutouts on top.
04 - Beat egg yolk with water and brush over pastry for golden color.
05 - Cook on lined baking sheet for 18-20 minutes until golden and flaky.

# Notes:

01 - Serve immediately while warm.
02 - Great with crackers or fruit.
03 - Can customize with different nuts.
