Thaw puff pastry sheet according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place brie in center of pastry. Top with cranberry sauce and pecans.

Cut leaf shapes from corners if desired. Fold pastry corners up and pinch seams, add leaf cutouts on top.

Beat egg yolk with water and brush over pastry for golden color.

Cook on lined baking sheet for 18-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
