Easy Cranberry Loaf Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups flour.
02 - ¾ cup sugar.
03 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 1 overripe banana.
07 - ½ cup Aranciata Rossa sparkling water.
08 - ¼ cup cranberry pie filling.
09 - ½ cup almond milk.
10 - ½ cup frozen cranberries.
11 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
12 - 1½ tablespoons Aranciata Rossa.
13 - ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
14 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence.
15 - ¼ teaspoon orange zest.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in bowl.
02 - Add mashed banana, sparkling water, cranberry filling, almond milk, and frozen cranberries. Mix until combined.
03 - Transfer to baking mold, add optional swirl design. Bake 35 minutes until knife comes out clean.
04 - Remove from oven, cool in pan until touchable. Remove from mold and cool on rack for 1 hour.
05 - Mix powdered sugar, Aranciata Rossa, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and orange zest. Drizzle over cooled cake.

# Notes:

01 - Use frozen cranberries, not dried.
02 - Can use whole cranberry sauce instead of filling.
03 - Pan size: 3.6" x 8.6" x 2.2".
