Cranberry Bread with Orange Glaze (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/4 cup milk, room temperature.
05 - Zest of 1 large orange.
06 - 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed.
07 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
08 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
09 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
10 - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries.
11 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for dusting.
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
13 - 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice.
14 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 350°F. Butter and flour loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients. Combine milk, zest and juice.
02 - Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Alternate adding flour and milk mixtures.
03 - Toss cranberries with flour, fold into batter. Spread in pan.
04 - Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and done. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes then remove.
05 - Mix powdered sugar, juice and zest until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread.
