Cranberry Pistachio Fig Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
04 - 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
07 - Additional cranberries, pistachios, and figs for coating
08 - Crackers, fresh fruits, or veggies for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey or maple syrup, cranberries, pistachios, and figs until well combined.
02 - Place the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Form it into a log shape, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
03 - Spread the additional chopped cranberries, pistachios, and figs on a flat plate. Roll the firm cheese log in the mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
04 - Place the completed cheese log on a serving platter. Arrange crackers, fresh fruits, or veggies around it for dipping and enjoy.
