Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup feta cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup cream cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
04 - 1 clove garlic.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.
06 - 2 tablespoons milk or cream (if needed).
07 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or jam.
08 - 3 tablespoons pistachio nuts, chopped.
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.

# Instructions:

01 - Process feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in food processor until smooth. Add milk/cream as needed for desired consistency.
02 - Spread whipped feta mixture on serving plate or bowl.
03 - Top with cranberry sauce, chopped pistachios and fresh thyme. Drizzle with extra olive oil.

# Notes:

01 - Can use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce.
02 - Add milk gradually to control consistency.
03 - Can be made ahead and topped before serving.
