Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb sausage meat.
02 - 1 small onion, cut up.
03 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, tiny cut.
05 - 4 cups baby spinach.
06 - 5 cups chicken broth (low salt).
07 - 5 lasagna noodles, broken up.
08 - 1 spoon dried oregano.
09 - 1/2 spoon dried basil.
10 - 3 spoons butter.
11 - 3 spoons flour.
12 - 1 cup milk.
13 - 1 cup grated Parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage in big pot till brown.
02 - Add onions and mushrooms. Cook 5-6 minutes till soft.
03 - Put in garlic and spinach. Cook 1 minute.
04 - Pour in broth. Let bubble 5 minutes.
05 - Break up noodles, add them with oregano and basil. Let bubble gentle.
06 - Cook 10-12 minutes till noodles get soft.
07 - In another pan, melt butter. Mix in flour. Cook 1 minute.
08 - Pour in milk slow, keep stirring till thick (3-5 minutes).
09 - Turn off heat. Mix in cheese till melty.
10 - Stir cheese mix into soup. Mix well.

# Notes:

01 - Just like lasagna but easier.
02 - Skip meat for veggie version.
03 - Add more veggies if you want.
