Cook sausage in big pot till brown.

Add onions and mushrooms. Cook 5-6 minutes till soft.

Put in garlic and spinach. Cook 1 minute.

Pour in broth. Let bubble 5 minutes.

Break up noodles, add them with oregano and basil. Let bubble gentle.

Cook 10-12 minutes till noodles get soft.

In another pan, melt butter. Mix in flour. Cook 1 minute.

Pour in milk slow, keep stirring till thick (3-5 minutes).

Turn off heat. Mix in cheese till melty.
