Cook pasta following box directions, drain and set aside.

Brown beef in skillet until done, drain extra fat, and return to pan.

Add seasonings and flour, cook 1-2 minutes, and mix well.

Pour in broth and tomato sauce, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5-7 minutes until thicker.

Mix in cream and pasta, remove from heat, add cheese until melted, serve hot.
