Creamy Beef and Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces medium shells pasta.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - ½ medium onion, chopped.
04 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
07 - 14 ounces tomato sauce.
08 - ⅓ cup beef broth.
09 - ¼ cup heavy cream.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water. Cook shells al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add beef, brown and break up. Drain excess fat. Add garlic and chili powder.
03 - Pour in tomato sauce and broth. Simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Mix pasta with sauce. Serve hot.
