Creamy Chicken Florentine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, cut lengthwise.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Flour for dredging.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, divided.
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 1/2 cup dry white wine.
09 - 1/4 cup chicken broth.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.
12 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach, loosely packed.
13 - 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken breasts lengthwise, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat in flour.
02 - Cook chicken in oil and butter 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove from pan.
03 - Cook garlic in remaining butter. Add wine, broth, and seasoning. Reduce 3-5 minutes.
04 - Add cream, bubble 2 minutes. Add spinach.
05 - Return chicken to pan, cook 4-5 minutes until done. Top with parmesan.

01 - Ready in 30 minutes.
02 - Can add spinach later for less wilting.
03 - Serves well with pasta or bread.
