# Ingredients:

01 - 3 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes.
02 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream.
03 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, plus more for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Scrub under running water. Peel and cut into large pieces.
