Creamy Ranch Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 10 oz penne pasta
02 - 8 slices bacon, chopped
03 - 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

→ Sauce

04 - 2 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 4 oz cream cheese
07 - 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
08 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

09 - 1/2 yellow onion, minced
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley
14 - Chopped green onions for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook penne until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water.
02 - Cook chopped bacon until crispy, set aside, reserve 1 tablespoon grease.
03 - Cook cubed chicken in bacon grease with salt and pepper until browned. Add onion until translucent, then garlic for 1 minute.
04 - Add broth, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch mix, seasonings, and bacon. Bring to gentle boil, reduce heat.
05 - Stir in cheddar and pasta, simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
