Cook chopped bacon until crispy, set aside, reserve 1 tablespoon grease.

Cook cubed chicken in bacon grease with salt and pepper until browned. Add onion until translucent, then garlic for 1 minute.

Add broth, sour cream, cream cheese, ranch mix, seasonings, and bacon. Bring to gentle boil, reduce heat.

Stir in cheddar and pasta, simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
