Creamy Ranch Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 4 Russet potatoes, cut in 2-inch pieces.
03 - 2 cups baby carrots.
04 - 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix.
05 - 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup.
06 - 1 cup milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl.
02 - Add chicken, potatoes, and carrots to crock pot.
03 - Pour sauce over ingredients.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
05 - Serve with sauce poured over top.

01 - Use thawed chicken for food safety.
02 - Cut potatoes uniformly for even cooking.
03 - Can use other cream soups.
04 - Add optional vegetables in last hour.
05 - Red or gold potatoes work well too.
