Crispy Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium zucchini (1 1/2 pounds).
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 egg.
08 - 1 tablespoon milk.
09 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
12 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
13 - 1 chipotle in adobo, chopped.
14 - 1 teaspoon lime juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Line baking sheet.
03 - Cut zucchini into fries.
04 - Mix panko, cheese, oil, seasonings. Beat egg with milk. Mix flour with garlic powder.
05 - Dip in flour. Then egg mixture. Then crumb mixture. Press crumbs on well.
06 - Place on lined pan. Bake 14-18 minutes. Until crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Best served fresh. Keeps 3 days in fridge. Don't crowd pan or they'll steam instead of crisp. Can air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
