Crockpot Chicken And Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts (2 1/2 pounds).
02 - 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
04 - 1/4 cup cut onion.
05 - 1 spoon dried parsley.
06 - 1 box stuffing mix (6 oz).
07 - 1/4 cup butter.
08 - Fresh parsley for top.

# Instructions:

01 - Put chicken in slow cooker.
02 - Pour soup over chicken.
03 - Add sour cream. Mix gently with soup.
04 - Put onion and dried parsley on top.
05 - Mix stuffing with melted butter. Spread on top.
06 - Cover and cook low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
07 - Can take lid off last 45 minutes if you want firmer top.
08 - Add salt and pepper. Serve with potatoes and veggies.
09 - Keeps 3 days in fridge.
