Overnight French Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Croissants, halved lengthwise (8)
02 - Large eggs (5)
03 - Half and half (1 cup)
04 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
05 - Ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
06 - Orange zest (from 1 orange)
07 - Maple syrup (2 tablespoons)
08 - Kosher salt (1/4 teaspoon)
09 - Grand Marnier (1 tablespoon, optional)
10 - Powdered sugar for topping
11 - Fresh berries for serving
12 - Whipped cream for serving
13 - Extra maple syrup for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Grease a 13x9 baking dish
02 - Whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest, Grand Marnier, salt and maple syrup
03 - Dip croissant halves in custard until fully soaked, arrange in dish
04 - Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours
05 - Let stand 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden
