Deep Fried Oreos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 1 1/4 cup dry pancake mix.
04 - 1 package (18.71 oz) Double Stuf Oreos.
05 - 2 quarts vegetable oil.
06 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Line plate with paper towels.
02 - Whisk milk, egg, pancake mix. Add more mix if too runny.
03 - Heat oil to 375°F.
04 - Working in batches (4-6 cookies): Dip Oreos in batter. Let excess drip off. Fry 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
05 - Drain on paper towels.
06 - Dust with powdered sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Use neutral oil with high smoke point.
02 - Don't overcrowd pan to maintain temperature.
03 - Best eaten fresh and warm.
04 - Can reheat in 425°F oven for 3-5 minutes.
05 - Store in fridge up to 3 days.
