Cute Easter Buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup (150g) self-rising flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt
04 - Butter for greasing the dish

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Melted butter for brushing on top
06 - Edible markers if you’d like to add fun faces

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C (360°F). Grab a mixing bowl and stir yogurt, the self-rising flour, and salt together until you’ve got dough. If it feels sticky, sprinkle in an extra tablespoon of flour.
02 - Cut the dough into 6 portions (about 70g each). Roll one larger ball (45g) from each piece for the face, then make two little balls (12g each) to use as ears. Shape the smaller ones kind of like short sausages.
03 - Get a big oven-safe dish and give it a generous coating of butter. Spread out the 6 big dough balls to form faces, leaving space between them. Attach the ear shapes so they touch the sides of each face.
04 - If you want, brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for around 20 minutes. Serve while warm, and feel free to draw on faces with edible markers if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out self-rising flour with plain flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, if you need to.
02 - You can keep the dough in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it for about 4 months.
03 - Tastes best when warm. The next day, pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds to freshen up.
