Easter Popcorn Treat Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 cups popped plain unsalted popcorn
02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 1/2 cups pastel candy-coated chocolates
06 - Food coloring (pink, yellow, blue, optional)
07 - Cooking spray for hands

# Instructions:

01 - Place popped plain unsalted popcorn in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
02 - In a medium saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. If desired, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add a drop of food coloring to each.
04 - Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently fold to coat evenly.
05 - Add pastel candy-coated chocolates and stir just until combined.
06 - Spray your hands with cooking spray and shape the mixture into 3-inch balls.
07 - Place formed popcorn balls on wax paper and allow them to cool and set completely before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Do not overmix after adding the candy to prevent it from melting.
02 - Wrap popcorn balls individually in plastic wrap for gifting or placing in Easter baskets.
