Easy Burrito Casserole Dish (Print Version)

01 - 1.5 lbs ground beef
02 - 1 package taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 can mild enchilada sauce
04 - 1 can refried beans
05 - 1 can corn, drained
06 - 8 large flour tortillas, cut in half
07 - 2 cups taco blend cheese
08 - 1 small can green chilis
09 - Green onions, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until completely browned.
03 - Add the taco seasoning to the browned meat, stir to combine and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
04 - Stir in the corn, enchilada sauce, refried beans, and green chilis until well blended. Simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Place a layer of 4 halved flour tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
06 - Add another layer with the remaining tortillas, then top with the second half of the meat mixture and the remaining cheese.
07 - Bake the casserole for 20 minutes.
08 - Garnish with fresh chopped green onions if desired, and serve.
