Easy Cheesy Sausage Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (10 count each) flaky biscuits
02 - 1 pound sausage
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Mix uncooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese gently until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.
03 - Remove biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into two layers, making a total of 40 biscuit layers.
04 - Press one layer of biscuit into the cup of a lightly greased mini-cupcake pan. Repeat with remaining biscuit layers.
05 - Place one sausage-cheese ball into each biscuit cup.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the biscuits are browned and the sausage balls are bubbly.
