Easy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 chicken tenders.
02 - 1 teaspoon salt.
03 - ½ teaspoon pepper.
04 - 1 teaspoon cayenne.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
08 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter.
09 - ½ medium onion, finely chopped.
10 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
11 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes.
12 - 5 tablespoons all purpose flour.
13 - 2 cups whole milk.
14 - 1 cup heavy cream.
15 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
16 - 2 cups chopped spinach.
17 - 14-15 lasagna sheets.
18 - 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella.
19 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil lasagna sheets to al dente. Toss with oil to prevent sticking.
02 - Season chicken tenders and cook in skillet about 5 minutes per side. Rest, then chop into small pieces.
03 - Sauté onion and garlic in butter, add spices and flour. Add milk and cream, cook until thickened. Stir in spinach and parmesan.
04 - Layer sauce, pasta, chicken, and mozzarella three times. Top with final layer of pasta, sauce, and cheese.
05 - Cover with foil (using toothpicks as tent poles) and bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. Broil 2-3 minutes until golden. Rest 15 minutes.
