                Heat oven to 350°. Put pecans on a pan. Take out when they smell nutty. Let cool.

                Mix in a small pot: orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, both zests. Heat till it bubbles a bit. Cook 3-4 minutes till thick.

                Pour through strainer into bowl. Let cool.

                Cut apples into bite-size pieces. Mix with half the lemon juice so they stay fresh.

                Peel oranges. Cut into bits.

                Put in big bowl: apples, cranberries, nuts, grapes, oranges.

                Pour cool sauce over fruit. Mix well. Best served right away.
