Chicken Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked.
03 - 1 1/2 cups water.
04 - 1 packet dry onion soup mix (1 ounce).
05 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces).
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F.
02 - Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
03 - Put chicken in pan.
04 - Season chicken with salt and pepper.
05 - Sprinkle uncooked rice over chicken.
06 - Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
07 - Mix mushroom soup with water.
08 - Pour soup mixture over everything.
09 - Cover with foil.
10 - Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until rice is soft.
11 - Check chicken is cooked through.

01 - Might need up to 25 extra minutes depending on your oven.
02 - Perfect weeknight dinner.
03 - Can add vegetables in last 30 minutes of cooking.
