Roast Beef Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Puff pastry sheets (1 package/2 sheets).
02 - French onion dip (1 package plus extra for dipping).
03 - Yellow onion (1).
04 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons).
05 - Butter (2 tablespoons).
06 - Roast beef, sliced thin (1/2 pound).
07 - Provolone cheese (1/2 pound).
08 - Egg (1).
09 - Water for egg wash (3 tablespoons).
10 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Thaw puff pastry for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Sauté onions in olive oil until soft, add butter and cook 5 minutes until caramelized.
03 - Spread French onion dip on pastry, layer with onions, roast beef and provolone. Roll up, sealing edge with egg wash.
04 - Cut into 1/2-1 inch pieces, place on lined baking sheets. Brush tops with egg wash and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Can use homemade or store-bought puff pastry.
02 - Best served warm from oven.
