Heat oven to 425°F. Butter a 13x9 inch baking pan.

Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan until smooth. Pour into baking pan.

Spread bread cubes over brown sugar mixture in pan.

Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour over bread ensuring all pieces are coated.

Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and brown sugar.

Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
