Fresh Green Bean And Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter for greasing pan.
02 - 3 big potatoes, cut up.
03 - 3 cups green beans, cut in thirds.
04 - 3 cups broccoli pieces.
05 - 2 cans mushroom soup.
06 - 1 1/2 cups milk.
07 - 1/4 spoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°. Butter a baking pan well.
02 - Boil salty water. Cook potatoes 15 minutes till soft but not mushy.
03 - Add beans and broccoli. Cook 5 more minutes. Drain good.
04 - Mix soup, milk, pepper in pan till smooth.
05 - Stir in veggies gentle till covered in soup mix. Cover with foil.
06 - Bake 30 minutes.
07 - Turn oven to 400°. Put cheese on top.
08 - Bake 10 more minutes till cheese bubbles and browns. Let cool a bit.
