Fresh Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fusilli or rotini pasta.
02 - Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling.
03 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved.
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini mozzarella balls (8 ounces).
05 - 1 red bell pepper, diced.
06 - 1/2 English cucumber, diced.
07 - 1 cup sliced red onion.
08 - 3/4 cup kalamata olives, halved.
09 - 3/4 cup sliced pepperoncini.
10 - 1/2 cup chopped parsley.
11 - 1 recipe Italian dressing.
12 - 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt.
13 - Black pepper to taste.
14 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until soft, drain and toss with oil. Let cool to room temp.
02 - Combine pasta with veggies, cheese, olives, pepperoncini and herbs.
03 - Toss with dressing, salt and pepper. Add basil and garnish.

# Notes:

01 - Can make ahead and chill.
02 - Keeps 3-4 days in fridge.
03 - Add fresh herbs last.
