Friendsgiving Casserole Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken thighs.
02 - 1 onion, cut in half.
03 - 1 garlic bulb, cut in half.
04 - 1/2 carrot.
05 - 1 celery stick.
06 - 1 spoon salt.
07 - 1 spoon peppercorns.
08 - Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley).
09 - Water to cover.
10 - 1/4 cup butter.
11 - 1/2 cup cut celery.
12 - 1 cup cut onion.
13 - 1 garlic clove.
14 - 3 spoons flour.
15 - 1 1/2 cups chicken stock.
16 - 1 cup heavy cream.
17 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
18 - Salt and pepper.
19 - 6 oz stuffing mix.
20 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
21 - 1 cup chicken stock.
22 - Parsley for top.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil stock stuff 15-20 minutes. Take chicken out.
02 - Keep cooking broth, strain when done.
03 - Melt butter. Cook onion, celery till soft.
04 - Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
05 - Mix in flour, then broth. Let thicken.
06 - Add creams and season.
07 - Heat oven to 350°. Pull chicken apart, mix in sauce.
08 - Spray pan, add chicken mix.
09 - Top with stuffing, pour butter-stock over.
10 - Bake for 30 minutes till brown. Top with parsley.

01 - Can use store chicken and broth to save time.
