Boil stock stuff 15-20 minutes. Take chicken out.

Keep cooking broth, strain when done.

Melt butter. Cook onion, celery till soft.

Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Mix in flour, then broth. Let thicken.

Add creams and season.

Heat oven to 350°. Pull chicken apart, mix in sauce.

Spray pan, add chicken mix.

Top with stuffing, pour butter-stock over.
