# Ingredients:

→ Custard

01 - 2 cups (480ml) milk
02 - 3 tablespoons custard powder
03 - ¼ cup (50g) sugar

→ Fruit Mix

04 - ¼ cup mango, diced
05 - 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
06 - 3 tablespoons green grapes, halved
07 - 3 tablespoons apples, roughly chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons black grapes, halved
09 - 1 medium banana, sliced

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - A pinch of vanilla extract for added flavor
11 - A sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for warmth
12 - Chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts) for crunch

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the custard powder with a few tablespoons of room temperature milk. Mix well until there are no lumps. Set this mixture aside.
02 - In a heavy-bottomed pan, pour in the remaining milk and place it over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Bring the milk to a gentle boil, allowing it to bubble up 3-4 times.
03 - Once the milk is boiling, add the sugar. Stir continuously until the sugar completely dissolves.
04 - Gradually pour the prepared custard mixture into the boiling milk while stirring continuously. Keep stirring and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the custard thickens.
