Lobster and Scallops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lobster tails.
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
08 - Lemon wedges for serving.
09 - 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry.
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut shell lengthwise with kitchen shears. Pull meat up, keeping base attached. Rest meat on shell.
02 - Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice. Add paprika, salt, pepper. Brush over lobster meat.
03 - Broil 8-10 minutes until opaque. Baste halfway with garlic butter.
04 - Heat oil in skillet. Sear seasoned scallops 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
05 - Melt butter in same pan. Cook garlic 1 minute. Return scallops to coat.
06 - Serve garnished with parsley and lemon.

# Notes:

01 - Can add red pepper flakes for heat.
02 - Pat scallops completely dry before cooking.
03 - Best served immediately.
04 - Great for special occasions.
05 - Restaurant-quality dish.
06 - Avoid moving scallops while searing.
