Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces.
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
04 - 1 cup purple onion, diced.
05 - 1 cup chopped tricolor peppers.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 2 cups chicken broth.
08 - 1/2 cup milk.
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
10 - 8 oz bow tie pasta.
11 - Salt, to taste.
12 - Pepper, to taste.
13 - 1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and butter in large pan over medium heat.
02 - Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink. Add onions and peppers, cook until chicken is browned.
03 - Stir in garlic, salt and pepper. Cook one minute until fragrant.
04 - Add uncooked pasta, milk, cream and chicken broth. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low.
05 - Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
