# Ingredients:

01 - Mini Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved (1 pound).
02 - Olive Oil (2 tablespoons).
03 - Dried Parsley (1 tablespoon).
04 - Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon).
05 - Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
06 - Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Unsalted Butter, melted (1/4 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and halve potatoes, then score diagonal lines on cut sides.

03 - Mix grated parmesan with melted butter to form paste. Spread evenly in baking dish.
