Easy Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Store-bought pizza dough (1.5 pounds)
02 - Extra virgin olive oil (½ scant cup)

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

03 - Garlic cloves (8)
04 - Fresh rosemary (4 sprigs)
05 - Flaky salt

# Instructions:

01 - Bring pizza dough to room temperature in greased bowl, then cut into 12 even pieces without overworking
02 - Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil into each muffin cup
03 - Gently form dough pieces into balls, place in oiled muffin pan, cover and rest near preheating oven (400°F)
04 - Chop garlic and rosemary leaves, set aside
05 - Heat remaining oil until hot (test with water droplet), remove from heat, add garlic and rosemary
06 - Spoon all infused oil over dough balls, create dimples with fingers, pushing garlic and rosemary into dough
07 - Bake 14-16 minutes, covering with foil if browning too quickly

01 - Can use canned pizza dough if fresh not available
02 - Avoid overworking dough to maintain air bubbles
03 - Resting dough improves flavor and texture
