# Instructions:

01 - Wash and peel potatoes, then grate potatoes and onion using large holes of box grater
02 - Remove excess liquid from potato mixture
03 - Mix salt, pepper, flour, and egg into potato-onion mixture until well combined
04 - Heat oil in skillet, drop 2 tablespoons batter per pancake, flatten, and fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
05 - Re-fry pancakes for 30-60 seconds per side for extra crispiness
