Gingerbread Martini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 113.4g gingerbread-flavored vodka.
02 - 2 teaspoons ground ginger.
03 - 56.7g coffee liqueur.
04 - 56.7g Irish cream liqueur.
05 - 113.4g half and half or cream.
06 - 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish.
07 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon for garnish.
08 - 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted.
09 - 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed.

# Instructions:

01 - Dip glass rims in melted white chocolate, then in crushed gingerbread cookies.
02 - Combine vodka, liqueurs, cream, ginger and ice in shaker. Shake 15-20 seconds.
03 - Pour strained mixture into rimmed glasses.
04 - Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

# Notes:

01 - Serve immediately.
02 - Can rim glasses ahead of time.
03 - Use crisp cookies for rim.
