Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Challenge Unsalted Butter, softened (1 cup/226g).
02 - Powdered sugar (1/2 cup/57g).
03 - Vanilla (1 teaspoon).
04 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
05 - Ground cinnamon (1 teaspoon).
06 - Ground ginger (1 teaspoon).
07 - Ground nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - Ground allspice (1/4 teaspoon).
09 - Ground cloves (1/4 teaspoon).
10 - Molasses (1 tablespoon).
11 - All purpose flour (2 1/4 cups/279g).
12 - Powdered sugar for rolling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat butter until fluffy, about 20 seconds. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, spices, and molasses until smooth.
03 - Mix in flour until dough forms. Continue mixing past crumbly stage until dough comes together.
04 - Scoop 1 tablespoon dough portions onto prepared cookie sheets.
05 - Bake 10-12 minutes until bottoms are slightly brown.
06 - Cool briefly, then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Once fully cooled, roll again in sugar.

# Notes:

01 - Dough will look crumbly before coming together.
02 - Double rolling in sugar ensures good coating.
