# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 (15.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix.
06 - 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles.
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth.
03 - Stir in cake mix until thick dough forms. Gently fold in sprinkles without overmixing.
04 - Chill dough for at least 30 minutes for easier handling.
05 - Roll dough into 1½-inch balls, coat in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
06 - Bake 10-12 minutes until edges set but centers soft. Cool on sheet before moving to rack.
