Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1/2 onion, cut up.
03 - 2 1/2 spoons taco spice.
04 - 1/4 cup water.
05 - 8 soft tortillas.
06 - 2 cups red sauce.
07 - 16 oz shredded cheese.
08 - Sour cream.
09 - Fresh salsa.
10 - Cut up avocado.
11 - Green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°.
02 - Cook beef and onion till brown. Drain fat.
03 - Add spice and water. Cook till water's gone.
04 - Put 1/2 cup sauce in 9x13 pan.
05 - Put 1/3 cup meat and 1/4 cup cheese in each tortilla. Roll up, put in pan.
06 - Pour rest of sauce on top. Add leftover cheese.
07 - Bake 20-25 minutes till bubbly.
08 - Add toppings and serve hot!.

# Notes:

01 - Can freeze before baking - wrap tight, good 3 months. Bake frozen 45 minutes covered, 5 more uncovered.
