High Protein Egg White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Base

01 - Fresh egg whites (8 large)
02 - Cottage cheese (¼ cup)

→ Vegetables & Cheese

03 - Fresh spinach (½ cup, chopped)
04 - Red bell pepper (¼ cup, finely diced)
05 - Cheddar cheese (¼ cup shredded, optional)

→ Seasonings

06 - Garlic powder (¼ teaspoon)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Nonstick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray
02 - Blend egg whites with cottage cheese and seasonings until smooth and frothy
03 - Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full
04 - Distribute spinach, bell pepper, and optional cheese evenly among cups
05 - Cook for 18-20 minutes until set and golden around edges
