How to Make Cranberry Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups (11.8 oz) cranberries, fresh or frozen.
02 - 3 cups water.
03 - Sweetener of choice (maple, honey, sugar, or sugar-free option).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cranberries and water in large pan. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Cook 20 minutes until berries pop and soften.
02 - Pour through sieve or nut milk bag. Press or squeeze to extract maximum liquid.
03 - Add sweetener to taste. If using granulated sugar, reheat to dissolve.
04 - Let juice cool completely before storing or serving.
