Combine cranberries and water in large pan. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Cook 20 minutes until berries pop and soften.

Pour through sieve or nut milk bag. Press or squeeze to extract maximum liquid.

Add sweetener to taste. If using granulated sugar, reheat to dissolve.

Let juice cool completely before storing or serving.
