# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
05 - 1 cup warm water
06 - 2 tablespoons oil

→ Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - Toppings of choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, sausage, etc.)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add the flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
03 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
05 - Preheat your oven to 245°C (475°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
06 - Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
07 - Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.
08 - Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add your favorite toppings.
09 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
