Quick Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - Salmon (1 pound)

→ Spice Mix

02 - Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
03 - Paprika (½ teaspoon)
04 - Kosher salt (½ teaspoon)
05 - Chili powder (¼ teaspoon)
06 - Onion powder (¼ teaspoon)

→ Sauce

07 - Honey (¼ cup)
08 - Apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons)
09 - Fresh garlic cloves (2, minced)
10 - Sriracha (1 teaspoon)
11 - Coconut oil (1 tablespoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, and onion powder in a small bowl
02 - Mix honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and sriracha in a separate bowl
03 - Remove skin from salmon and cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss with spice mixture to coat evenly
04 - Heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon in single layer and cook 1 minute
05 - Flip salmon, add honey sauce, and cook 1 minute. Gently move pieces to coat with sauce and cook 60-90 seconds more
06 - Remove from heat and let rest 2-3 minutes before serving

# Notes:

01 - Can use multiple smaller salmon portions to equal 1 pound
02 - Best served immediately while hot
