Honey Sriracha Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1.5 lbs chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless

→ Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

→ Garnish

10 - Sesame seeds
11 - Chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
02 - Whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
03 - Cook chicken in vegetable oil 4-5 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
04 - Simmer sauce in skillet, add cornstarch slurry if thickening desired. Return chicken and coat with sauce.
05 - Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
