Hot Cocoa Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, cut small.
02 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
03 - 1 1/2 cups flour.
04 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
05 - 1 1/2 spoons baking powder.
06 - 1/4 spoon salt.
07 - 1 1/4 cups brown sugar.
08 - 3 big eggs.
09 - 1 1/2 spoons vanilla.
10 - 12 big marshmallows, cut in half.
11 - 1 cup powder sugar.
12 - 2 spoons melted butter.
13 - 2 spoons cocoa powder.
14 - 2 spoons hot water.
15 - 1/4 spoon vanilla.
16 - Sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl (30 seconds at a time). Cool for 15 minutes.
02 - Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the chocolate mixture and then add flour mixture bit by bit.
04 - Chill the dough for 1 hour. If chilling longer than 4 hours, let warm for 30 minutes beforehand.
05 - Heat oven to 325°F. Line pans with paper.
06 - Drop spoons of dough 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until crackly.
08 - Push half a marshmallow on each cookie.
09 - Bake for 3 more minutes until marshmallows are soft.
10 - Cool cookies for 5 minutes on the tray, then move to a rack.
11 - Mix icing ingredients. Place rack over a pan and spoon icing on marshmallows. Quickly add sprinkles.
12 - Let the icing dry for 30-60 minutes.
