Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained.
03 - 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies.
04 - 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes.
05 - ½ onion, chopped.
06 - 1 cup corn.
07 - 4 cups chicken broth.
08 - 2 teaspoons chili powder.
09 - 2 teaspoons cumin.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
11 - Tortilla strips (optional for topping).
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional).
13 - Fresh cilantro (optional).
14 - 1 avocado (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to Instant Pot except toppings (chips, cheese, cilantro). Close lid and set valve to sealing.
02 - Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
03 - Do quick release to remove pressure.
04 - Remove and shred chicken. Return to pot and stir. Serve with desired toppings.

02 - Kids can crush tortilla chips for topping.
