Sausage Stuffing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Italian bread, sliced.
02 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1/2 cup onions, chopped.
04 - 1 cup celery, chopped.
05 - 6 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves.
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh sage leaves, chopped.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
10 - 16 oz ground Italian sausage.
11 - 3 cups chicken broth.
12 - 2 large eggs, whisked.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Heat oil in large pan, cook onions, garlic, celery for 5 minutes. Add fresh herbs, cook 1 minute.
03 - Add sausage to pan, break into small pieces, cook 10-15 minutes until done.
04 - Mix bread cubes with broth, stir in whisked eggs, add sausage mixture, combine well.
05 - Transfer to 13x9 dish, bake 30 minutes until golden.
