Heat oven to 375°. Put paper on big baking pan.

Roll dough on floured counter into 10x12 inch rectangle.

Put dough with long side near you. Brush with oil, leave 1-inch edge clean.

Spread garlic, oregano, pepper flakes, romano cheese on oil.

Layer cheeses and meats: provolone first, then ham, mozzarella, other meats.

Brush edges with egg. Fold bottom up, top down like a letter. Pinch edges tight.

Put on pan, seam down. Cover loose with plastic. Let sit 1 hour.

Brush with egg. Cut 5 small slits on top.

Bake 35 minutes till brown. Middle should be 200°.

Cool 15-20 minutes. Cut in 1-inch slices. Serve with sauce.
