Knock You Naked Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 cup butter, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup sugar.
06 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 2 eggs.
09 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 5 ounces evaporated milk.
11 - 14 ounces caramels.
12 - 1/2 cup peanut butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 inch pan.
02 - Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, then flour mixture and chocolate chips.
03 - Spread half of dough in pan, bake 8-10 minutes.
04 - Melt caramels and milk in double boiler, then add peanut butter. Spread over baked layer.
05 - Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls over caramel. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use double boiler for caramel.
02 - Can be made ahead.
03 - Cool completely before cutting.
