BBQ Meatballs & Creamy Chili Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup finely diced onion
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - 1 pound ground beef
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
11 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Creamy Spicy Dipping Sauce

13 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
14 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Put everything listed under 'Meatballs' in a big bowl and mix it up really well.
02 - Roll the mixture into little meatball shapes.
03 - Add some olive oil to a large pan on medium heat, and cook the meatballs till they're golden and browned all over.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the spicy mayo dip till smooth.
05 - Enjoy the hot meatballs with the spicy mayonnaise sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap the beef for any ground meat you like.
02 - Tweak the amount of sriracha to make it as spicy as you want.
03 - Goes great with rice or noodles on the side for a more complete meal.
